4. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance:

Pricing and Currency:

Payment Methods:

Deposit for Custom Services:
- For custom design services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required to secure your event date and begin work. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3–7 business days before your event date (as specified in your contract).
5. Custom Design Services (Important)
- Tailored to You: All custom designs are created based on your specific requests and approved mockups or proposals.
- Client Approval: Design concepts, material samples, or digital renderings will be presented for approval. Once you provide written approval, the design is considered final.
- No Refund or Exchange: Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, all custom products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Deposits and final payments for custom work are non-refundable, even if you cancel your event.
- Revisions: Corrections will be made at no additional charge if the final custom product does not match the approved design due to our error.
6. Handmade Products – Imperfections Notice
Many of our decorative accessories are handmade or made from natural materials. Normal characteristics include slight variations in color, size, shape, texture, and minor blemishes. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
Defects that qualify for remedy: Significant damage or material deviation from description beyond reasonable expectation. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if you believe you have received a defective product.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Retail products usually ship within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery dates for custom services will be specified in your service contract.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold.
- Risk of Loss: Title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Report any damage within 24 hours.
8. Returns and Refunds (Retail Products Only)
Standard retail products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include custom products, handmade items, perishable goods, and downloadable products.
Return Process: To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
9. Cancellations
- Retail products: You may cancel within 6 hours of placing your order (before shipment).
- Custom services: Cancellations after the deposit is paid are not permitted once work has begun. If you must cancel before any work has started, the deposit remains non-refundable.
