Order Processing
Once you complete your order, it will enter the processing stage, which includes the following steps:
- We will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm your order details, especially for wholesale orders or if there are issues with the shipping address.
- For customized products, please allow 7-15 business days for production. The complexity of customized items may result in varying completion times, and production could take longer. Our customer service team will communicate relevant information regarding your custom products.
Taxes
You are responsible for any customs fees incurred. These fees vary by region and are determined based on local regulations.
Shipping Methods
We utilize various shipping methods including FedEx, USPS, DHL, and sea transportation. The most appropriate method will be selected based on the specific circumstances of your order. For customized products, we recommend sea transportation to help reduce shipping costs where applicable.
Transportation Times
- Floral decorations only: 7-15 business days
- Customized, handmade products: 20-40days (including production time)
United States: Expect delivery within 20-40 days post-shipment. Due to recent U.S. tariffs, all orders shipped to the U.S. will be transported via sea, resulting in a shipping timeline of 20-40 days.

International Orders
- International Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Sea Shipping: 20-40 days
While we strive to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, actual delivery dates may be influenced by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service within 10 business days of the order date for assistance.
Peak Season Delivery
During peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas), deliveries may experience slight delays due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods. To secure your preferred delivery time, we recommend placing your orders well in advance.
Note:
1. We do not ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).
2. Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. Changing the address after the order is shipped may incur additional charges.
3. After the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
