Cancellation Process
You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team at store@flowerva.com or via WhatsApp. To ensure the validity of your order cancellation, your request must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note that cancellations made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

By making a purchase, customers acknowledge that they are aware of and fully accept these characteristics. Minor imperfections resulting from the handcrafted nature of the items or natural variations in materials do not constitute product defects and are not valid grounds for refunds or returns.

Should you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or other payment service provider regarding the sale of goods—despite being aware of this policy—you will be deemed to have unilaterally breached your obligations. In such an event, you expressly agree to assume all responsibilities and costs as follows:

  1. Original Purchase Amount: You are obligated to pay the full original purchase price of the disputed order.
  2. Investigation and Handling Costs: You will be held responsible for all personnel costs, administrative expenses, and any third-party processing fees incurred while resolving the dispute.
  3. We reserve the right to present this policy as binding evidence to the relevant financial institution to deny any chargeback request and recover the aforementioned amounts.
